You don’t want any old average playground, but an original place that your children will love. We’ll be very happy to help you. Welcome to the website of Hřiště Hrou s.r.o., a company from Turnov, Czech Republic, in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise. Let’s start by briefly introducing ourselves.

Tomáš Tomsa

The company owner and founder, and a person who has been committed to environmental protection all his life. Entrepreneurship is in his blood, passed down through the generations. His great-grandfather was a wainwright, and before the war his grandfather built the largest private bus transport company in the country.

As time went by

Today

Today
a team of 55 people carefully handles the design, planning, production, installation, inspection and servicing of children’s playgrounds. They are rightly proud of their work and the results that can be seen all over the country.
2015

After splitting with the investor

a new company was formed, today’s Hřiště Hrou s.r.o.
2009

The company already had a turnover of around 3.000.000 EUR a year,
and the experience gained from both difficult times and numerous successes. The work was time-consuming, and so had a significant impact on the family.
2004

The first playgrounds began to appear in the neighbouring Hnanice,
back then still under the Tomovy parky brand. Banks were unwilling to lend money, so an investor had to be found. They later parted ways.
2003

A mortgage and the purchase of a farm in Radvánovice

for the Straw Festival, where the Země dětí children’s entertainment complex was later built. The first collaborators were friends and members of a hiking club.
2002

The first Straw Festival,
the first of its type in the country. This was followed by tomato battles, the first technical hemp maze, and the first straw castles. Then came the first big success.
